At the White Phoenix Association in Sweden, as a cultural and spiritual supporter of the Global Iranian Business Platform, we consider it our responsibility not only to provide tools for the growth of Iranian businesses, but also to carefully examine and share the current economic conditions, challenges, and obstacles with the public. True development is only possible through transparency and awareness.

In this article, we aim to address one of the most fundamental and important questions that has been raised repeatedly by Iranians across the world in recent years a question that not only stems from the lived experience of the Iranian people, but also reveals the depth of the suffering and injustice they have endured over time:

“Why should we, with a history spanning over seven thousand years, be subjected to pressure, disrespect, and coercion by a country that has existed for barely three centuries?”

This is not just a question; it is a silent outcry, a civil and moral protest that rises from the hearts of millions of Iranians. They ask: Why must the United States continuously interfere in the Middle East? Why do its hegemonic policies undermine the security and stability of countries in the region? And why do the harsh sanctions, often designed to target governments, end up placing the heaviest burden on the ordinary and honorable people of Iran?

They criticize the dominance of the dollar a mere paper currency that, due to an unfair global system, plays a decisive role in the economic lives of people who had no part in shaping these rules. They say: We are the creators of the world’s first charter of human rights a charter known as the Cyrus Cylinder, registered with the United Nations. Throughout history, we have acted according to ethical and humanitarian principles, yet we have often been the victims of violations of the very laws others claim to uphold.

Following the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the international JCPOA agreement, many Iranians experienced a deep sense of disappointment, distrust, and frustration. They believe that their patience is rooted in a civilization built on understanding and dialogue, yet they will never yield to coercion and injustice.

The Global Iranian Business Platform seeks to create a window of opportunity in this difficult and complex environment for the growth of Iranian businesses, the support of Iranian products, and the development of Iranian expertise and knowledge on an international scale. However, based on available evidence and reports, one of the most significant obstacles to the economic development of Iranians is the unlawful and unfair pressure imposed by the U.S. government. These pressures have obstructed trade routes, financial transactions, international partnerships, and even the growth of personal brands.

Iranians still do not understand why agreements can be torn up so easily, why treaties formed through global cooperation are violated so casually by Western powers, and why it is always the law-abiding and committed party that must pay the heavy price for the lawlessness of others. The current situation of Iranians in many areas of the economy especially at the global level is a direct result of these unjust and inhumane pressures.

Here, as a non-political and community-based cultural association, we declare that no order in the world can be sustained without justice, honesty, and respect for human dignity. Iranians deserve security, dignity, and the opportunity to progress. No cultured nation should be subjected to the pressure and obstruction of powers whose only logic is domination and monopoly.

In conclusion, we emphasize that this article is not political in nature. It is merely an analysis of the current economic circumstances of Iranians, which have become increasingly complex due to the unjust and adversarial policies of certain governments.

We call on the global community to recognize the realities and to show respect for Iran’s civilization and its people, by moving toward coexistence and development, not destruction.
